Are you pet safety and pet CPR certified?
Yes we are. Rest assured that your little ones will be cared for 24/7.
Is your facility climate controlled?
Yes we are. Your loved one(s) will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Do I need to bring their leash and collar?
A collar is a must. Please take your leash with you when you leave. We do have penty of inhouse leash for use. This will
eliminate any lost or damaged leash.
Can I come visit my dogs?
Of course you can. There is no set visitation time. You are welcome to see your dog(s) anytime during their stay with us.
We invite you to stalk us both on social media and on site. We have many large windows throughout where parents can
look in and dogs can look out. We also post many videos through out the day on social media.
Can I bring my dog treats/ food for daycare?
Yes. If there is a particular treat/ food that you would like us to provide to your dog(s) during a particular time of day,
please provide treat/ food with a note indicating when you would like us to provide it. We will try our best to provide it
during that time frame.
Can I bring my dog's favorite toy, pillow, blanket, or dog bed?
Yes. Although we do not recommend it. We cannot guarantee its condition upon return. My B. F. F. Resort Inc. will not be
held accountable for any damage or faulty condition of said item(s). Crowd depending, toys will be made available to
your dog(s) and his/her peers to encourage play and social interaction. In the Night Lounge and Individual Suites, many
plush pillows and blankets will be provided for your dog(s) comfort. In the Luxury Suites, your dog(s) will be relaxing in a
memory foam bed for added comfort. If you do decide to bring such items, please have each items clearly identified with
a sharpie.
My dogs will be in your care for the week/ month, what do I need to bring?
To avoid any gastrointestinal distress, please provide his/her food in the amount that you think will be sufficient for the
duration of his/her stay. In the event that insufficient amount of food was supplied, we will provide your dog(s) with Royal
Canine dry dog food for an additional $10.00/ day. Unless otherwise noted, your dog(s) will be fed twice daily. Breakfast
will be served at 7:00 AM and dinner will be served at 7:00 PM. Play will be discouraged following feeding for about 1/2 hr.
This is a precautionary procedure to safeguard against Bloat. Please consult your Veterinarian regarding Bloat.
I am a regular customer and I bring my dogs to you on a regular basis, can I arrange for automatic payment?
Yes. We can set up an automatic deduction to your credit card.
What if my baby get sick while in your care?
First and foremost, the health and welfare of your dog is of utmost importance to us. All staff at My B.F.F. Resort
undergo a mandatory pet CPR, first aid and care training. Part of our registration process involves a detailed contact &
care plan. Dogs will not be checked in for the day if they appear ill. In the unlikely event that your little ones
become ill, we will exhaust all efforts in contacting you and your assigned contact person; your little one will
be placed into quarantine and monitored, awaiting your pickup. In the event where your pet requires urgent
care and you or your contact can not be reached, your pet will be transported to the local veterinary for care
at your expense.
